Our staff are lead by our dynamic General Manager, Ettienne Van Vrede, who is married to our proprietor's daughter, Annemarie Scally, and jointly, Ettienne and Annemarie manage Hayfield Manor with passion and pride.
We are as unique as our staff whose dedication makes Hayfield Manor a place of welcome and relaxation. We work together as a team and enjoy the challenge of maintaining Hayfield Manor as Cork's premier hotel. Long service is considered a given at Hayfield Manor with our core staff remaining with us over many years however we equally embrace new members to the team for their fresh ideas and diverse experience.
